Regular polish services are excluded. We stand behind every service we perform because your satisfaction is not optional to us.

Late Arrivals
Please call us if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate you. However, if your late arrival affects another client's appointment, we may ask you to reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations — 24 Hours Required
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Last-minute cancellations affect both our team and clients waiting for appointments. Cancellations without proper notice will be treated as a no-show.
No-Show Policy
Clients who no-show after appointment confirmation will be required to pay 100% of the service total before booking again. We understand emergencies happen and handle each situation individually.
Children in the Salon
For the comfort of all guests, we ask that children not being serviced remain at home when possible. We want every client to enjoy a calm, relaxing experience.
